Our Mission

Deeds of Love is a charitable, non-profit organization, committed to the expression of the Christian faith and the love for mankind through acts of compassion! The mission of Deeds of Love is to assist orphanages and other children’s organizations, primarily in impoverished countries, by providing the essential elements of food, clothing, shelter, education and basic medical care.

Support

Deeds of Love relies exclusively on the loving and generous support of its sponsors, referred to as Friends, and ensures that one hundred percent (100%) of all contributions are invested into Deed Projects to fulfill legitimate needs. The founding family and core volunteers bear all the administrative expenses of operating Deeds of Love.

Operating Concept

Deeds of Love’s operating principle is project-based, called a Deed Project.  Deed Projects can take the form of construction of vital facilities such as a nursery, kitchen, clinic, playground or a school room.  Deed Projects also focus on other needs such as providing water supply systems, needed medications, school supplies, clothes, food, toiletry items and the like.

Deed Projects follow a four-phase process:

Phase I: Discovery - A need is identified, verified, and documented.

Phase II: Proposal - A Deed Project Proposal is sent to all Friends clearly explaining who is in need, what is needed, and what it is going to take to satisfy the need.

Phase III: Execution -  The supplies and/or services are delivered, or construction is conducted.

Phase IV: Feedback - A Deed Project Summary is sent to all Friends with full disclosure of end results, making pictures and letters available. This Summary highlights how you made a difference and how the love and grace of our Lord Jesus touched the lives of those benefited by the Project.

1 Corinthians 15:58

58Therefore, my dear brothers, stand firm. Let nothing move you. Always give yourselves fully to the work of the Lord, because you know that your labor in the Lord is not in vain.
